– An incident tracker identifying any incidents in the quarter

– Advice – Regular advice to the board

Impact+

This service is designed to provide direction to the company on when to, and how to, create a competent Data Protection Impact Assessment. The Impact+ service offers the following:

– Advice on when a Data Protection Impact Assessment is required

– Creation of a Data Protection Impact Assessment, when required

– Audit trail for above

SAR+

This service is designed to assist the company in managing a GDPR Subject Access Request:

– Advice on whether the Subject Access Request is valid

– Active assistance with responding to the Subject Access Request in a compliant manner

Breach+

This service exists to assist companies to manage any potential data breaches under GDPR:

– Advice on whether a breach has occurred

– Advice on whether the breach is reportable

– Assistance on mitigating the breach

– Assistance on reporting the breach

– Advice to the board and reporting of any such incidents
